The TES-1900A is a digital RCD (Residual Current Device) tester manufactured by TES Electrical Electronic Corp, based in Taiwan. It is used to test the safety and functionality of circuit breakers by measuring their tripping time. |

Trip time display: A large digital display shows the RCD's tripping time. Operating voltage: 230V \(\pm \) 10%, 50/60Hz. A related model, the TES-1900B, is designed for 110V. Wiring status check: Three LEDs provide a visual indication of the correct wiring status.Phase angle selection: Includes a 0° and 180° phase angle switch for comprehensive testing and consistent readings. Trip current settings: Tests for rated tripping currents of 10, 20, 30, 100, 300, and 500mA. Trip current factors: The test current can be set to x1/2, x1, and x5. Overheating protection: An automatic lockout feature prevents testing if the test resistor overheats. Safety features: A microprocessor-controlled system provides high accuracy and reliability, and the device indicates reversed phase and neutral wiring. Durability: The casing is made from resilient plastic to withstand daily use. |
