The Sanwa PC720M is a high-accuracy digital multimeter designed for professional use, featuring true-root-mean-square (True RMS) measurement, data logging, and PC connectivity. It is rated for low-voltage applications but can also handle measurements on main voltage outlets.

True RMS: Provides accurate measurements of AC current and voltage, even for non-sinusoidal (non-pure sine wave) signals.
