The HT Instruments HT7005 is a True RMS (TRMS) hand-held clamp meter designed to measure AC/DC current up to 400A. Its compact size makes it suitable for basic measurements in civil and industrial settings. |

AC/DC current: up to 400A (in TRMS). Inrush current (INRUSH): Measures the starting current for electric motors. Non-contact voltage (NCV) detection: Detects AC voltage in the range of 200V to 1000V. Display: 3¾-digit LCD with 4000 counts, decimal point, and backlight. Safety rating: IEC/EN61010-1, CAT III 300V. Electrical characteristics: Autorange: Automatically selects the correct measurement range. Frequency rate: 3 times per second. AC frequency range: 50 to 60 Hz for non-sinusoidal waveforms. Data HOLD: Freezes the current reading on the display. ZERO function: Used for zeroing DC current readings. Auto Power Off: Powers down automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity. |
